Research Assistants

Leander Albrecht

Leander Albrecht studied law at the University of Passau from 2015 to 2021. His university focus was on the foundations of law, legal history, legal sociology and legal philosophy. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant in a law firm specializing in commercial law in Passau.

In November 2021, Mr. Albrecht began his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Essen and successfully completed it in December 2023 with the Second State Examination in Law. Since June 2024, he has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law and Family Business Law of Prof. Dr. Katharina Uffmann.

Eva Maria Beckmann

Eva Maria Beckmann studied law at the University of Osnabrück and successfully completed her studies in February 2020 with the First State Examination in Law. Her university focus was on private international law. She then worked as a research assistant in the corporate litigation department of an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf.

In September 2020, Ms. Beckmann began her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Osnabrück and successfully completed it in September 2022 with the Second State Examination in Law. Since then, Ms. Beckmann has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law and Family Business Law of Prof. Dr. Katharina Uffmann.

Alexander Heitmann

Alexander Heitmann began studying law at the Ruhr University Bochum in 2013 and successfully completed his studies in 2018 by passing the First State Law Examination at the Hamm Judicial Examination Office. His university focus was on intellectual property and competition law. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law and Family Business Law of Prof. Dr. Katharina Uffmann and at the Chair of Civil Law, Business and Sports Law of Prof. Dr. Martin Zimmermann.

He has been a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law and Family Business Law of Prof. Dr. Katharina Uffmann since June 2018.

Felix Klocke

Felix Klocke studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum and the University of Münster, graduating in 2023 with the First State Examination in Law. He majored in labor and social affairs at the university. Mr. Klocke then worked as a research assistant in public commercial law at an international commercial law firm.

He has been a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law and Family Business Law of Prof. Dr. Katharina Uffmann since June 2024.
